1. Services

Banker Buddy ("we," "us") provides AI-powered deal sourcing services for M&A advisory firms, private equity firms, and related financial services organizations. Services are delivered on a per-engagement basis as described in individual statements of work.

2. Engagement Terms

Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work or engagement letter that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. These Terms of Service apply to all engagements unless superseded by a signed agreement.

3. Confidentiality

We treat all client information — including investment criteria, target lists, and sourcing results — as confidential. We execute NDAs upon request and do not share data across client engagements.

4. Data Accuracy

While we verify all data against multiple sources, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of third-party information. Clients should independently verify material information before relying on it for investment decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Banker Buddy provides data and research services only. We do not provide investment advice, and our deliverables should not be construed as recommendations to pursue any particular transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced during an engagement become the client's property upon full payment. Our proprietary methods, tools, and systems remain our intellectual property.
